Arriving at Unit 7, we illustrate the intricacies of the deep "core" of our fascial anatomy. You will understand the mechanics of the iliopsoas complex, the adductors in relation to the knees, and optimal diaphragmic breathing techniques.

At the end of the Unit Conscious Sleeping Protocols, will be laid out to further understand how to correctly hold ourselves in our beds, to solidify the most neutral and comfortable of positions
