Unit 5 Spiral Line

In Unit 5 you should be comfortable with biomechanics and should know most your anatomy. In this Unit we conceptualize, as to why rotation is the bodies precursor to most structural pain.

The Spiral Line, will be a combination of the SBL, SFL and Lateral Line. So it's important you have the previous Units comfortably understood.

This will play into, understanding unilateral imbalances all through the body, as well as to how to rectify the postural faults with the prescribed FMT Protocols.

At the end of the Unit, we shine a light for the runners.. Heel to toe, mid foot or balls of the feet? How should we strike when landing, when running? Viewed through the FMT lens, we approach each segment and lift the vail of the optimal biomechanics to running
